- Refund/Return is not Available in any case.
- Incase you are unsatisfied with the size you ordered or want an exchange of your order; you have to contact us via email / whatsapp.
- Keep in mind that the Website is only be used for new orders and exchanges will never process through the website.
- Change of Article during the exchange will only be possible if your previous article is sold out or size is not available.
- Exchange is applicable for change of waist size only; article length will be standard and not claimed for exchange.
- Exchange & Refund policy will not be applicable on Sales Items.
- Exchange will offer within 15 Days after the Date of Purchase.
- Exchange parcel delivery time is 8-10 working days after exchange submission
- Any kind of return & Exchange will charge 15 AED.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
